By accessing or using the GreenWork platform and the digital-worker service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GreenWork provides AI-powered digital employees that work on your behalf — performing tasks you instruct across channels and accounts you connect (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, email and Google Drive), including setup, hosting and ongoing operation of your worker. The worker is powered by third-party AI models operated by us through our infrastructure.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The worker uses third-party AI models to understand your requests and produce results. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing important actions and outputs before relying on them. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability or appropriateness of AI-generated content, and your use of such content is also subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.
You retain ownership of the content, files and data you provide to or create with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant GreenWork a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
The Service, software, and GreenWork brand are owned by GreenWork and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no rights in them except the limited right to use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may revoke connected access at any time.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for interruptions, including for maintenance, third-party outages, or factors outside our control.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenWork will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for:
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GreenWork from any claims, damages and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and revoke connected access at any time.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via the website or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
