Privacy Policy

GreenWork (“GreenWork”, “we”, “us”) provides AI-powered digital employees that work on behalf of a business owner (“you”). This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, how it is stored and secured, and the choices you have. By connecting a service to your GreenWork worker, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we access

With your explicit authorization, your GreenWork worker may access:

Google account data (Gmail and Google Drive) — only after you grant access through Google’s standard OAuth consent. The worker reads and sends email and reads/creates files to do the work you ask of it.
Messages you send to the worker on connected channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram).
The profile you provide during setup (worker nickname, your name, language, contact email).

We do not request access to data the worker does not need for the tasks you ask of it.

2. How we use it

To carry out the tasks you instruct your digital worker to perform.
To act only on your behalf — your worker reads and acts only on emails and messages from you, and uses Drive files you place in its shared working folder.
We do not use your Google data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. AI processing

Your requests and the relevant content are processed by third-party AI models that we operate through our infrastructure, solely to understand your instructions and produce results for you. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — please review important actions before relying on them.

4. Storage, security & retention

Isolation: each customer’s worker runs in its own isolated environment; your data and tokens are not pooled with other customers’.
Security: authorization tokens and credentials are stored with your own worker and protected with access controls and encryption in transit; we limit access to what is needed to run the Service.
Retention: your working data and tokens are retained only to provide the Service to you, and are removed when you delete your worker or revoke access.

5. Google API Limited Use disclosure

GreenWork’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request, do not transfer it except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, to comply with law, or where the data is aggregated/anonymized.

6. Sharing & subprocessors

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with infrastructure and model providers strictly necessary to operate your worker on your behalf, and only as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.

7. Cookies

Our website uses a single, strictly necessary session cookie for the internal onboarding gate. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Your choices & revoking access

Disconnect any channel or revoke the worker’s Google access at any time at Google Account → Third-party access.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your worker and associated data by contacting us.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International data transfers

Your data may be processed on infrastructure located in countries other than your own. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change and material changes will be announced via the website or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
